Home of an Eternal[]
Going their separate ways after the Fall of Tenochtitlan, the Eternal Ajak made her way to the Great Plains of South Dakota. She established a homestead there and led a peaceful life until Ikaris lured her to Alaska and killed her, returning to her home and destroying it, blaming it on the Deviants.[1]

With Kro defeated, Ikaris gone and the Emergence of Tiamut stopped, the Eternals Phastos, Makkari, Druig, and Thena, as well as Jack and Ben returned to Ajak's Homestead and repaired it. They hid out there for two weeks until Makkari, Druig, and Thena left on the Domo in search of other Eternals.[1]

With Thor's Party on Midgard in full swing, a group of Frost Giants made their way to the Black Hills in the Great Plains of South Dakota. They used the Casket of Ancient Winters to give the faces of Mount Rushmore National Memorial ice facial hair. It stayed there until Frigga came down to Earth and fixed everything.[2]
