History[]
Gothite Industries was founded by Gideon Malick, in order to finance his activities within HYDRA. However, plans changed, as HYDRA managed to return Hive from his banishment on Maveth. As the stock prices of Gothite Industries continued to tumble, much to its investors' dismay, Malick eventually decided to close ten company offices, refusing to comment his decisions to press.[1]
