Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg & Holliway (GLK&H), also abbreviated as GLK/H and formerly known as Goodman, Kurtzberg & Holliway, is an American law firm operating in New York City and Los Angeles.

Declaring a Mistrial[]
- "Since you saved the lives of the entire jury today, GLK&H argued that the jury was then biased in your favor."
- ―Los Angeles DA to Jennifer Walters[src]
Eventually, the law firm was renamed after Lieber was made a partner. They also opened an office in Los Angeles, where GLK&H represented a client who was accused of executing an expansion plan that was going to endanger people's lives. Holden Holliway himself attended the court hearing, where one of his lawyers sustained that the accidental deaths were an unfortunate byproduct.

Before their opponent Jennifer Walters gave her closing argument, the courtroom was attacked by Titania, who threw a desk at the jury, but they were saved by Walters, who had secretly undergone a physical transformation when her cousin Bruce Banner's blood entered her bloodstream through an open wound. Holliway and the GLK&H defense attorney saw how Walters transformed into She-Hulk, saved the jury, and then defeated Titania.[2]
As She-Hulk saved the jury, GLK&H declared a mistrial as they argued that the jury would now be biased in Walters' favor. This led Walters to be fired from the District Attorney's Office.[3]
Superhuman Law Division[]
Hiring She-Hulk[]

Holden Holliway offers Jennifer Walters a job at GLK&H
- "It's no easy feat against GLK&H. So, I would like you to come work for us."
"You got me fired, and now you wanna hire me?"
"To be head of a new division, yes." - ―Holden Holliway and Jennifer Walters[src]
At Legal Ease Bar & Grill, Holden Holliway approached Jennifer Walters and offered her to buy her a drink. Then, he told her he wanted to offer her a job as he was impressed on how she had laid out a winning case against them, even if they had it declared it a mistrial. Holliway told her he wanted her to be head of the new division GLK&H was about to open. After ensuring that Nikki Ramos would be her paralegal, Walters accepted the job.[3]
Face of the Division[]

Jennifer Walters arrives at the GLK&H Los Angeles Office
- "It is an exciting time at GLK&H. More and more eccentric superhumans are coming out of the woodwork. We just started a Superhuman Law Division, and I want you, well, the She-Hulk, to be the face of it."
- ―Holden Holliway to Jennifer Walters[src]
On Monday, Holden Holliway welcomed Walters at the GLK&H Los Angeles Office and told her how as more superhumans were coming out in the open, GLK&H took interest on opening a new division to represent them. He then told her they wanted She-Hulk to be the face of it, and that Walters had to work in She-Hulk form at both work and in court to which Walters reluctantly agreed.[3]
Representing Emil Blonsky[]

Holden Holliway informs She-Hulk she will represent Emil Blonsky
- "There's a lot of controversy surrounding his possible release. This is extremely high profile. The publicity alone is worth GLK&H taking this on pro bono."
- ―Holden Holliway to She-Hulk[src]
Emil Blonsky, also known as Abomination, was eligible for parole following his incarceration following his rampage in Harlem, which resulted in GLK&H taking the case pro bono due to the publicity the case was generating. In Holden Holliway's office, he informed Jennifer Walters that her first case for the Superhuman Law Division was to be Blonsky's attorney and secure his release. Walters told Holliway she could not take the case as there was a conflict of interest since Blonsky tried to kill her cousin, Bruce Banner. Holliway then commented how it was not going to be a problem as Blonsky signed a conflict waiver as he wanted Walters to be his attorney. Holliway told Walters that if she did not take the case, then she would not have a job at GLK&H.[3]
