In an alternate universe, a Gnome was summoned via dark magic by Doctor Strange, who had learned that he could gain the power to resurrect Christine Palmer by absorbing the power of magical beings. The Gnome felt threatened and prepared to attack, but he was immediately absorbed by Strange's powers.
