Marvel's Ghost Rider, or simply Ghost Rider, was a planned American web television series based on the Marvel Comics antihero of the same name. It was produced by Marvel Television, and was developed at Hulu.[1]
On September 25, 2019, it was announced that the series would not be going forward due to creative differences.[2]

Season One
Marvel's Ghost Rider centers on Robbie Reyes, the quintessential antihero, who lives on the Texas/Mexico border, consumed by hellfire and supernaturally bound to a demon. Following the series order of The Punisher in April 2016, it was reported that Netflix was developing three other vigilante series about Blade, Ghost Rider, and Moon Knight.[3]
In October 2016, Gabriel Luna mentioned that there were "rumblings" for his Ghost Rider to feature in his own television series following the introduction of the character on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..[4]
In September 2017, Luna reiterated that his Marvel deal included the possibility of a solo venture for his Ghost Rider, either as a film or as a Netflix series.[5]
In May 2019, it was reported that Marvel Television was producing a television series starring Robbie Reyes as Ghost Rider on Hulu, with Luna reprising his role from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. It was also announced that Ingrid Escajeda would serve as showrunner and executive producer, while Paul Zbyszewski and Jeph Loeb would be executive producers. The series will premiere in 2020.[1]
