Georgi Luchkov is a Colonel General of the Russian Armed Forces and weapons dealer who kidnapped Black Widow and attempted to interrogate and torture her, only to be outwitted by her before he and his men were beaten in a brief fight with the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent.
Biography
Russian Military
Georgi Luchkov served in the Soviet Armed Forces for many years and was awarded with medals. Following the disolution of Soviet Union, Luchkov became a member of the Russian Armed Forces and was promoted to the rank of Colonel General. In Russia, Luchkov established illegal weapons business and used General Solohob as a front.[2]
Kidnapping of Black Widow

Whilst on a mission to bring down Solohob's business, Black Widow was caught spying on him by one of Luchkov's henchmen, who managed to sneak up behind Romanoff and knock her out cold. She was taken to an abandoned warehouse and when Romanoff came to, she found herself tied to a chair as Luchkov began to interrogate her for valuable information.
As Luchkov prepared to torture Romanoff, and whilst the mention of torture gave Romanoff a scare and two quickened breaths, the phone of one of his henchmen rang claiming it was for Romanoff; it was revealed to be Phil Coulson. Whilst talking to Coulson, Romanoff revealed that she was actually extracting information from Luchkov. When Coulson informed her that Clint Barton had been compromised, she signalled for Luchkov to take the phone, then kicked him in the knees before eliminating the henchmen and breaking free from her restraints. She then dropped Luchkov down a hole and left him suspended by a chain around his ankle.[2]
