The Gates of Osiris are a pair of gates belonging to Osiris located in the Duat. The gates can lead to the Field of Reeds or back to Earth.

Marc and Steven[]
On their way to the Field of Reeds, Marc Spector and Steven Grant attempted to balance their scales to open the Gates of Osiris to return back to their body. With the scales almost balanced, Spector and Grant fought off the Zombies of the Duat with Grant eventually sacrificing himself, causing the gates to open.[1]
