Garcia was one of the FBI operatives tasked with escorting Wilson Fisk from Ryker's Island to the Presidential Hotel.

Biography

Garcia joined the FBI and befriended J. Lim who asked him to be the best man at his wedding. Garcia was assigned by Tammy Hattley to support Ray Nadeem and escort Wilson Fisk to Presidential Hotel. Before they reached their destination, the convoy was ambushed by Albanian Syndicate in order to eliminate Fisk. During the brutal gunfight, Garcia was heavily wounded and killed by Albanians.
