Fred the Dog portrayed Cosmo in Guardians of the Galaxy. He also appeared as Cosmo in a picture during the end credits of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
He was replaced by Slate from The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special onward.
