Frank Levin was a resident of New York City who lived with his partner Justin Boden when Kilgrave put them under his control and forced them to assist him and Albert Thompson in their experiments to increase Kilgrave's power. When Kilgrave gained the power he needed, he ordered Levin to commit suicide.

Enthralled by Kilgrave[]
Levin was in his apartment when he and his roommate, Justin Boden were enthralled by Kilgrave to let him and Albert Thompson in.[3] The next day, Boden and Levin prepared food while Kilgrave and his father argued about Kilgrave's powers. Once Thompson was able to amplify the powers, Kilgrave ordered Levin to drink bleach, killing him.[2]
