Foxtrot was an agent of Anvil who was tasked by Billy Russo and William Rawlins to assassinate Gunner Henderson, only for him to lose his life during the battle against Henderson and Frank Castle.

Attack on Gunner Henderson[]

Having been hired by Billy Russo and William Rawlins to assassinate Gunner Henderson, Foxtrot joined their Anvil team into the woods in Kentucky, where they had tracked down Henderson, who was being aided by Frank Castle. However, as Foxtrot and Charlie were moving in on their targets, they discovered the corpses of Delta I and Bravo. Before they could do anything more, Foxtrot was shot in the head by Castle.[1]
