Magic: Fox was a member of the Salem Seven, referred to by Rio as some of the worst witches around. This implying that she was a very powerful witch with centuries of knowledge.
- Witchcraft: As a witch, Fox had access to the form of magic known as witchcraft, allowing her to manipulate the world around her through incantations and gestures.
  - Spell Casting: Fox had the power to cause change to her surroundings by reciting incantations.
  - Animal Morphing: As one of the Salem Seven, Fox could transform into animals. In her case, she could transform into a fox.
  - Hive Mind: Owl shared a deep psychic bond with the other Salem Seven, sharing thoughts, emotions and feelings, where everything she saw and felt, the others also saw and felt, and vice versa.
  - Longevity: As a witch, Fox could live far beyond the normal human lifespan, surviving for at least 350 years.
