Fort Meade is an installation of the United States Army and the headquarters for the National Security Agency.

The last remaining EXO-7 Falcon mechanical harness was contained in Fort Meade, after being used in the different mission by members of the Air National Guard in Afghanistan. Together with Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff, Sam Wilson circumvented all the security measures and retrieved the EXO-7 from the facility.[1]
