The "Forehead Scar Bullseye" Universe is an alternate universe where Bullseye has a scar on his forehead in the shape of a bullseye.
Lester was an incredibly accurate marksman who eventually got scarred on his forehead, which was in the shape of a bullseye. Eventually, Lester was pruned by the Time Variance Authority.[1]
