Foley is a guard at the Damage Control Supermax Prison.
Biography[]
Guarding Emil Blonsky[]
Foley guarded the outside of the Damage Control Supermax Prison, which held Abomination. When She-Hulk arrived to talk about Abomination's parole, Foley told her she could not use her powers inside, so she reverted into Human form.[1]
Foley was present during the trial of Blonsky. He tried to hold off the press as Walters walked out of the prison when Blonsky was released.[2]

- Damage Control Supermax Prison: Foley worked as a security guard at the United States Department of Damage Control's supermax prison, where he warned Jennifer Walters against using her powers in the prison. He worked to hold press back as Walters left the prison the day Emil Blonsky was released.
