Due to him robbing a bonded warehouse, Benny Cafaro began receiving threats, so Foggy Nelson let him stay at his apartment. One night while Nelson was out at Josie's Bar with Matt Murdock and Karen Page, Bullseye broke into the apartment and attacked Cafaro, demanding to know Nelson's whereabouts. Having no choice, Cafaro told Bullseye what he wanted to know, and as a result, Nelson was killed by Bullseye.[1]
