Flores is a member of the New York City Council and a former neighbor of Bill Fisk.

When Wilson Fisk was a child, Flores lived up the street from Fisk Residence. Flores has presented his candidature for membership in the New York City Council. He was elected and year after Flores bought a good house.[1]
