Vanessa Fisk speaks to the Five Families
Vanessa Fisk called a meeting with heads of the Five Families to discuss payment, with invited Viktor, Carlo, and Luca, who brought his enforcer Devlin. At the meeting, Luca complained about Viktor not paying the toll when he was crossing over into Red Hook. At this claim, Viktor reminded Luca that Red Hook was exempt, which Vanessa verified. Vanessa then began to go over the profits made by the Five Families and how they would be distributed amongst its members, when the meeting was cut short by the entrance of Wilson Fisk.[1]
Buck Cashman's Delivery[]

The Five Families met up again and were joined by Buck Cashman, who had been sent by Vanessa Fisk. Cashman reprimanded Luca for the hijacking at Red Hook Pier that resulted in two murders, telling him to find better guys for the job next time. He also told them that the violence between their gangs was getting too much publicity and that it needed to end. Cashman then gave Viktor a note from Fisk that detailed that he was owed $1.7 million from Luca due to the messy hijacking and left.[2]
