Fischer is a police officer for the New York City Police Department.
Biography[]
Fischer was sent by the NYPD to investigate the death of the police officers, including 4th Precinct Captain William Dole. He stood outside of the pharmacy in which the deaths took place. When he was approached by four people claiming to be from the Canadian police, he looked at Daisy Johnson and asked what a woman like her was doing with the police, believing her to be unable to enter a relationship. Johnson stood up for herself and threatened him, and Fischer let Johnson and her friends into the pharmacy.
Later, Cain and Abel, disguised as NYPD officers, planned on attacking Johnson and any other S.H.I.E.L.D. agents inside the pharmacy. Fischer watched Cain take Johnson to the back of the building, then Abel told him that he would die if he went inside, frightening Fischer.[1]
