Fran is the next door neighbor of Matt Murdock.
Biography[]
Fran lived in the same apartment building as Matt Murdock. Late one night, she heard a noise outside Matt Murdock's Apartment and opened the door to her apartment to investigate. She saw a Foggy Nelson and Karen Page who were both drunk, yelling outside his door for him to join them in their merriment. Fran saw the two look towards her and she quickly withdrew inside and shut the door.[1]
Searching for Murdock, Nelson asked Fran did anyone poking around his apartment. She would know because she pokes too, however, she didn't know anything.[2]
