Felix is a teenager living in Los Angeles.
Biography
Felix became a fan of the mysterious vigilante known as Ghost Rider, who had been increasingly active in the area of Los Angeles. Felix started a graffiti wall to start counting the people who had been attacked by the Rider.
This wall caught the attention of Daisy Johnson, who had been investigating Ghost Rider. While painting a skull sign for the last victim, Felix told Johnson the few things he knew based on the rumors he had heard.[1]
