Felix is a teenager living in Los Angeles.
Biography
Felix became a fan of the mysterious vigilante known as the Ghost Rider, who had been increasingly active in the area of Los Angeles. Felix started a graffiti wall to start counting the people who had been attacked by of The Rider.
This wall caught the attention of Daisy Johnson, who had been investigating The Rider. While painting a skull sign for the last victim, Felix told Johnson the few things he knew based on the rumors he had heard.[1]
