Daniel Brito was a small-time criminal and judo expert who operated as a member of the Enforcers under the codename Fancy Dan.
History[]
Daniel Brito, along with fellow Enforcers member Raymond Bloch, robbed a bank and then fled from the New York City Police Department in a getaway car. Bloch complained that they should have escaped on foot rather than use the getaway car, to which Brito yelled that they would be fine once he managed to lose the police. At that moment, Spider-Man landed on top of the car's roof, with the loud sound confusing Brito and Bloch, who initially thought that Brito had hit something. Spider-Man quickly revealed himself by clambering onto the windshield, startling the Enforcers, and managed to shoot some of his Synthetic Webbing onto the car's brake, causing it to screech to a stop. Brito attempted to escape from the car but was immediately trapped by more of Spider-Man's webbing, ordering Bloch to flee. Although Bloch did manage to get out from the car, Spider-Man quickly leaped over him and webbed him to the car before he could escape, trapping both thieves. Brito, along with Bloch, was then arrested by the police.[2]
