The Facial Reconstruction Scanner is a device that can create digital reconstructions of faces that had been erased from a body.
History[]
Deke Shaw used the Facial Reconstruction Scanner while investigating the death of William Dole and two other NYPD officers, who had been killed and erased by the Chronicom Hunters Luke, Cain, and Abel. They took a long time to reconstruct each face, causing Daisy Johnson to become impatient.
While checking to make sure they continued to be uninterrupted, Johnson caught the attention of the Chronicom Hunters, who attacked Johnson and Shaw, interrupting the Reconstruction Scanner's progress. Shaw used the scanner as a weapon against Abel, incapacitating him for a long enough time to escape.[1]

The Facial Reconstruction Scanner is able to digitally recreate a person's face based on their DNA, allowing it to be useful when investigating those on whom Erasers had been used. They create very accurate reconstructions, as Deke Shaw was able to recognize Abel based on the reconstruction of the NYPD officer whose identity he had assumed.
