The Exolon Monks[1] were a dark cult of Exolon clerics that served under the radical Kree warlord Ronan the Accuser.

The Exolon Monks performed the ancient Kree Ritual of War on Ronan the Accuser, who had begun cleaning and powdering his body after bathing in the blood of his victims, then applying war paint on his face and dressing him up in his Kree Armor. The monks presented him with the Universal Weapon, as he performed another execution on a captive Nova Corpsman.
During the Battle of Xandar, the monks piloted the Dark Aster. They were all killed when the ship crashed into Xandar after Rocket crashed the Milano into the ship's bridge.[2]
