With the Milano's weapons systems offline, the Guardians of the Galaxy needed a way to destroy the last Sovereign Omnicraft on their tail. Drax the Destroyer went down to the lower part of the ship and grabbed the Energy Cannon. He then secured himself to the ship, put on a Holographic Space Suit, and jumped into space. Drax fired one shot from the Energy Cannon, destroying the ship. The Energy Cannon was then abandoned on Berhert along with the Milano.[1]
