Elihas Starr was also a S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist who worked with Hank Pym and Bill Foster on quantum research until Pym had him fired and discredited. Starr moved to Argentina with his wife Catherine and their daughter Ava, continuing with his research until he and his wife were accidentally killed during a quantum experiment that caused Ava's unstable state.
