Assassination of Cartel Sicario[]
After the death of all the Mexican Cartel members at the hands of the Punisher in New York City during his violent crusade, the last Cartel member fled to Juárez, Mexico. As he was celebrating, he was shot and killed by the Punisher using a sniper rifle. The Punisher did so from across the border at the time.[1]
