The E'kolith is a tentacled creature which ruled Earth.

History

Over one million years prior to 2017, the E'kolith visited Earth and ruled the planet cruelly, using human sacrifices for its own ends. One of the Masters of the Mystic Arts managed to defeat the E'kolith and send it into space to never return. In 2017, Stephen Strange had a vision of a tentacled creature heading toward Earth, but assured Wong that it was not the E'kolith.
