Dylan is a recreation of the real Dylan, manifested in Duat, and an employee at the Putnam Psychiatric Hospital.
Biography[]
Dylan was contacted by Arthur Harrow who asked her to connect him to Steven Grant's mother, knowing that she was actually dead. When Dylan "connected" Harrow to her, he gave the phone to Grant who had to admit that his mother was dead.[1]
