The "Dying Mind Stone" Universe is a universe where Vision began to die due to the deterioration of the Mind Stone.

Vision Begins to Die[]
Vision and Wanda Maximoff live a happy life

Lovers Vision and Wanda Maximoff would marry each other. While their marriage would be intally be very happy one, Vision would begin to die alongside the Mind Stone. They both tried searching for a cure for Vision but were unable to find one that worked. This would lead to Maximoff looking across the Multiverse for a solution, which Vision would not stop her from doing despite his better judgement.
Wanda Maximoff searches the Multiverse for a cure
Maximoff was unable to find cure for her husband's ailment, instead only seeing the death's of countless Visions across the Multiverse. This would lead Maximoff to conclude that to save Vision she would need to use the Infinity Stones to create brand Multiverse. Enacting this plan, Maximoff would acquire the Soul Stone of this universe, trapping Vision inside of it to preserve his life. Maximoff would then disguise herself as Watcher and travel to another universe and recruit a person to gather the Infinity Stones for her.
Maximoff would eventually reveal her true self and her true intentions to them causing the now dubbed Hero of the Multiverse to come into conflict with Maximoff. In a final showdown, the Hero of the Multiverse would splinter Maximoff's power across the Multiverse. Vision would then give the hero his Mind Stone, before him and Maximoff had the Hero of the Multiverse seal them inside of the Soul Stone. The Hero of the Multiverse would ultimately choose to destroy the Soul and Mind Stones originating from this reality.[1]
