Dum Dum Dugan was an agent of the CIA during the Cold War. Nick Fury came to him when there was suspicion of Escobar being a traitor. Therefore, Fury contacted Comrade Verliecki to stage a plan to catch Escobar. Dugan soon received a call from Fury saying that Escobar did flip. Dugan called this an accomplished mission and was excited to learn that Fury had cigars for them to share.
