Drez-Lar is one the many planets in the universe that can be reached through the Universal Neural Teleportation Network. It has two known satellites and was the subject of a prophecy that was fulfilled by Groot.

Great Prophecy[]
The Seed of Drez-Lar was housed in an ancient temple on Drez-Lar, which was booby trapped to protect it. A prophecy was written that a great hero would emerge with the seed and bring about a new age.[1]
Coordinates[]
After the detachment of the Quadrant from the Eclector, Rocket searched the space coordinates of the planet Ego in the Universal Neural Teleportation Network. While shifting between the results, he passed on the coordinates of Drez-Lar before he found what he was looking for.[2]
Prophecy Fulfilled[]
Groot rises from the ancient temple
In 2014, the Guardians of the Galaxy went to Drez-Lar. Groot entered the temple and activated each of the booby traps, approaching the seed. He activated the final trap, causing lava to approach the seed. Groot got distracted and took a nap, but was awoken by a ray of light shining on him and then the seed. Groot approached the seed but only recovered his ball, which had attached to it, allowing the seed to be destroyed. The temple was destroyed and collapsed on top of Groot. Groot rose from the under the temple, fulfilling the prophecy as the seed which would bring a new age.[1]
