Delta 4 was a Strategic Operations Command Center officer who led a defense against Abomination in Harlem.
Biography[]
- "The Hulk is in the streets! I repeat, the Hulk is in the street!"

Delta 4 and Sterling walked through Harlem alleys to the sound of roaring from Abomination. He radioed this to Thaddeus Ross, saying that Hulk was there. Ross told Delta 4 to get a hold of himself because Hulk was with him. Delta 4 then shot at Abomination before telling his soldiers and the New York City Police Department to fall back.
The group then got in a Humvee as they continuously tracked Abomination. As Sterling lifted his gun, Delta 4 remarked that it was not going to do anything. He then went to the back and grabbed a box, revealing a Stark Industries Rocket Launcher. They took it and shot it at Abomination as Delta 4 yelled "booyah". They then watched as the rocket was caught by Abomination before the monster ran towards them, took a taxi, and threw it at the group, killing them.[1]
