The Deliverance of the Nine Realms was an offensive by Hela to undo what her and her father did during the Subjugation of the Nine Realms.
Background
Odin and Hela conquer the Nine Realms

Odin and Hela spent years conquering the Nine Realms, and eventually, every branch of Yggdrasil fell under their control. While Odin wanted to stop their conquest, Hela wished to move on to all the cosmos, leading Odin to banish Hela to Earth, sending her crown after her.
