The Declan Research Facility is a science research compound located in Santa Barbara and owned by Evan Declan.
History[]
Using private funds which were secretly granted to him by the Inhuman Prince Maximus, the geneticist Evan Declan created his own research structure as the Declan Research Facility. There, Declan assessed the powers of many Inhumans, trying to figure out what rendered Terrigenesis possible in the subjects' DNA.[1]
While he was getting out of the Facility, Declan was caught up by his assistant who showed him footage of Black Bolt using his voice to throw a car in the air, prompting Declan to leave the facility in order to fly to the island of Oahu.[2]
