Daisy Johnson was a virtual recreation of the real-world person of the same name by Jemma Simmons in a simulation of the Cerebral Fusion Machine while she was tortured by The Doctor.

Saving Jemma[]

During their captivity in the Cerebral Fusion Machine by Atarah, Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons had the mission to find how to travel back in time to permit the Chronicoms to prevent the destruction of their home planet, Chronyca-2. However, Fitz and Simmons, stuck in this mind prison, had to face the dark side of the other, respectively Id Simmons and The Doctor. To attract Simmons and capture her, the Doctor faked Fitz shooting for her help, which worked easily. After being captured, Simmons was taken to a Lighthouse’s lab and attached to a torture machine that erases memories.
Johnson rescues Jemma Simmons
While being tortured, Fitz and Simmons had the idea to use the main capacity of the Cerebral Fusion Machine as an advantage. So, they invoked their friends from S.H.I.E.L.D. to save them, respectively Alphonso Mackenzie and Daisy Johnson. Johnson destroyed the doors of the lab and quaked the HYDRA agents and The Doctor all across the room. Then, she detached Simmons, who ran away, and continued to fight HYDRA agents before disappearing from the simulation.[1]

- Vibration Manipulation: Johnson had the Inhuman ability to make vibrations with her hands that were used to create shockwaves to neutralize HYDRA agents.

- Master Martial Artist: Johnson has a high-level set of fighting skills that have been used to take down some HYDRA agents by herself.

- Quake Gauntlets: Identical to those of the real Daisy Johnson, Johnson also had a pair of vibration-absorbing gauntlets.
