Biography[]
Part of Cyttorak's power was stored inside the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak, which was stored by the Masters of the Mystic Arts in the New York Sanctum. Doctor Strange used the bands to restrain Kaecilius during the Battle at the New York Sanctum[1] and conjured the spell variant to restrain Thanos and his Infinity Gauntlet during the Battle of Titan.[2]

- In the comics, Cyttorak is a god-like being and a member of the Octessence. In an attempt to determine which member of the Octessence was the most powerful, Cyttorak created the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak and placed some of his power into it so that it could transform the first human who touched it into Juggernaut, the human avatar of Cyttorak.
