The Crimson Dynamo was a Russian military officer who stole his government's prototype battle armor and allied himself with A.I.M. in order to get funding for his revolution. However, he was killed by Iron Man.

Early Life[]
Detesting Russia[]

The Russian man was a military officer. However, he started detesting his own home country, believing the government betrayed them, and ended up stealing their prototype armor, making him Crimson Dynamo.[1]
Joining A.I.M.[]
Attacking Iron Man[]
Crimson Dynamo joined A.I.M. and their effort against Iron Man because they promised to finance his revolution. In his first mission, Crimson Dynamo met Stark during the latter's attempt and stopping A.I.M. Immediately, he belittled Iron Man. Stark responded by calling Crimson Dynamo the knockoff. However, Crimson Dynamo disagreed, saying he was the superior. The two engaged in a duel where Crimson Dynamo utilized many air attacks, only for Iron Man to take control, forcing Crimson Dynamo to flee. Later, Crimson Dynamo contacted Stark, saying he underestimated him, but will not make the same mistake again.[1]
Rematch[]
- "You are what is wrong with my country, Stark. Too many worship money. Decadence. They glorify themselves over the state."
"You mean like stealing a suit of armor that belongs to your government?" - ―Crimson Dynamo and Iron Man[src]
Crimson Dynamo wanted a rematch and met Iron Man again. As he approached, he told Stark that the latter was all that was wrong with his country; too many glorified people who worshipped money. Stark brought up how Crimson Dynamo betrayed Russia stole the armor, which Crimson Dynamo refused to acknowledge, saying that Russia was the one that betrayed them all. However, Crimson Dynamo was defeated again. Before leaving, he told Stark that it did not matter if he specifically defeated him, once Stark was gone, A.I.M. would finance his revolution.[1]
Final Round[]
Crimson Dynamo did not back down as he met Iron Man once again, saying once Stark was killed, he would use Extremis to gain power in Russia. Stark believed Crimson Dynamo to be an idiot for really thinking A.I.M. would not only pay him, but give him Extremis. Instead, A.I.M. just wanted Crimson Dynamo to slow Stark down. Crimson Dynamo said that they chose wisely then because death slows a man down considerably. The two fought once more until Crimson Dynamo finally bit the dust and exploded.[1]
