Upon learning of Gorr the God Butcher's quest to kill all gods, Thor sought out Zeus and the Council of Godheads to help in defeating Gorr. Zeus denied Thor's request, as Gorr had only killed low level gods and he believed the gods in Omnipotence City were safe from Gorr's wrath.[1]

Trivia[]
- In the comics, the Council of Godheads was an assembly of the sky-fathers representing each pantheon of Earth gods, convened to address matters that threatened the collective security of the pantheons.
- Taika Waititi mentioned a scene was planned for Thor: Love and Thunder where Valkyrie would mention a God of Carpentry and the camera would then "cutaway to you-know-who. Big J.", but it was ultimately cut from the final film.[2]
