S.H.I.E.L.D. Investigation[]
In the aftermath of a robbery of weapons perpetrated by Elena Rodriguez, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Daisy Johnson and Joey Gutierrez, posing as World Health Organization operatives, went to the police station and met with Colonel Victor Ramon. In his office, Ramon expressed his fear regarding the Inhuman Outbreak as he considered that the National Police of Colombia was not sufficiently armed to fight against criminal Inhumans.[1]
Rescue of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents[]
S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Lance Hunter and Bobbi Morse were brought to the police station after they were captured by Victor Ramon and Lucio. They slowly began to regain consciousness before Hunter was paralyzed again by Lucio while Morse was interrogated by Ramon.
S.H.I.E.L.D. mounted a rescue mission to save Hunter and Morse. Using an access card stolen by Elena Rodriguez with her superhuman speed, Daisy Johnson, Joey Gutierrez and Alphonso Mackenzie easily made their way through the police station, taking down several officers while Gutierrez used his powers to render their weapons unusable and Rodriguez was able to handcuff several of them.
Mackenzie was able to release Morse and Hunter after knocking unconscious Ramon. Lucio was arrested by S.H.I.E.L.D. as well after the Inhumans prevented him from using his powers, although Rodriguez was paralyzed in the attack. However, before Lucio could be taken into custody, Hydra attacked the police station and was able to swiftly take Lucio away from S.H.I.E.L.D. by capturing him with a QuadCopter.[1]
