Cody Willamet is a star pitcher for the New York Scouts. He is so accomplished that he is a five-time all-star. However, he had problems with alcohol. One day, Willamet was masturbating in his car when he lost control of the vehicle, driving it into a pedestrian, who was barely hurt. Willamet said he would call the cops as he got a bandage for his bloody nose. However, he called his lawyers, Hogarth & Associates. Malcolm Ducasse soon came and told Willamet to sign off his car to the man so he will not get into trouble.
Later, Willamet went out drinking again, not learning his lesson. He tried to bring home a woman, but that backfired horribly due to his nature of acting. He tried to force her into the car, but eventually settled on drunk driving home himself, slamming the door in anger. Willamet used his phone as he drove, stopping legally at a stop sign. Once he got going into an intersection, he was plowed into by another driver, who ran away as Willamet was unconscious. This caused Willamet to suffer from a possible career ending injury.[1]
