The Cloth of Concealment, also known as the Sorcerer's Silk, is a relic capable of disguising objects wrapped within it in possession of the Masters of the Mystic Arts.

History

The Cloth of Concealment was stored in the Cabinet of Caballeros. In an attempt to defend the Astral Ring from Dormammu, Doctor Strange used the Cloth of Concealment to hide it to such an extent that Dormammu would be unable to find it. However, after Strange wrapped the ring within the cloth, Dormammu was able to find and steal the ring. Strange opened the cloth and realized the ring was no longer wrapped within it, deciding to travel back in time to recover the Astral Ring. Upon his return with the ring, Strange initially attempted to use the Cloth of Concealment again before deciding against it and attempting other protective measures.

Capabilities

The Cloth of Concealment was capable of disguising an object wrapped within it. However, it was not completely impervious, with beings like Dormammu being able to locate objects hidden within the cloth.
