Cindy Higgins is the wife of Mark Higgins.

Biography

Cindy was a member of the same sorority as Mariah Stokes, before marrying Mark Higgins.

Decades later, Mariah attempted to blackmail Mark by threatening to show Cindy pictures proving Mark's infidelity. However, Mark was murdered by Bushmaster, after he approved the merge of Atreus Plastics to Glenn Industries.
