The Cigarette Laser is one of Antoine Triplett's grandfather's Howling Commando items, a laser beam concealed as a cigarette.

Antoine Triplett retrieved his grandfather's Howling Commando gear and offered it to Phil Coulson as a tactical advantage during the undercover investigation on Cybertek and the missions to come. The cigarette laser was among these items, and in the demonstration, Leo Fitz unconsciously sets the motel room's curtains on fire.
Coulson used the cigarette laser to cut a hole into the door of the file room in order to gain access and learn more about Deathlok when he infiltrated Cybertek Corporate Headquarters in Palo Alto with Melinda May.[1]
