The Chronicom Time Ship was the spaceship used by the Chronicoms to travel back in time during their attempts to stop S.H.I.E.L.D., before it was destroyed by Phil Coulson.

The time ship was used by a group of Chronicom Hunters, under the leadership of the Chronicom predictor Sibyl, to travel back in time in order to dismantle S.H.I.E.L.D.. With a failed mission in the 1930s, Luke and Abel reported to Sibyl about their discovery that S.H.I.E.L.D. was following them, yet had not discovered the ship.[1] In the 1970s, the time ship was hidden underground, below the Lighthouse, therefore unavailable for S.H.I.E.L.D.. Sibyl ordered Luke to wake all Hunters inside the ship, starting the next phase of their plan.[2]

The underground time ship was finally discovered by Phil Coulson when he infiltrated the Lighthouse. Using the Cerebral Fusion Machine, Coulson met Sibyl and the two discussed the differences between Chronicoms and humans. Leaving virtual space, Coulson called Melinda May, saying that he hoped she was right about their plan. Coulson pressed the detonator, causing the ship to explode, killing all Chronicoms on board.[2]
