Chernobyl, also known as Chornobyl, is a city in Ukraine.
In 1986, Chernobyl, at the time located in the Soviet Union, was destroyed in what appeared to be a nuclear disaster, and was reported as such in the media. However, the destruction of the city was really perpetrated by the Hand, who caused the destruction of the city of Chernobyl in order to extract dragon bones from under the city, so as to continue producing the Resurrection Elixir.[1]
