Victor Chase Stein is an inventor and the son of Victor Stein.

Chase Stein was born to Victor Stein, who abused Chase. Chase invented weaponized gloves which he referred to as Fistigons. Chase and Victor began working on the gloves together, although at one point Victor picked up the Fistigons and turned them on Chase, hurting him. This started a series of events that damaged the pair's relationship.[1]

Stein learned that the Gibborim Magistrate was attempting to leave Earth in his ship, which threatened to destroy Los Angeles.[2] Stein attempted to stop the Magistrate, but was unsuccessful, leading to the destruction to the city.[3]
Stein reaches out to his father
Stein survived the destruction and grew to adulthood, where he hoped to prevent the situation by sending a message to a past version of his father. He sent the message back in time expressed that it arrived early enough. He apologized for his part in their damaged relationship and pleaded with his father not to pick up the Fistigons.[1]

- Fistigon Capabilities: Stein does not have innate powers, although he used a pair of Fistigons which he invented to grant him abilities he would not otherwise have.
- Energy Blast: The Fistigons allowed Stein to release power blasts capable of hurting people.
Abilities[]
- Gifted Intellect: Stein is an intelligent individual. He enough about gravity and time to be able to send a message back through time to a past version of his father, knowing enough about his father's time machine to know that the machine would receive it.
- Expert Engineer: Stein was able to build a pair of Fistigons that allowed him to fire concussive blasts.

- Fistigons: Stein invented the Fistigons, a pair of weaponized gloves. He worked on them with his father, but his father then turned the gloves on Stein.
