Char is an employee of Hogarth & Associates and the assistant to Jeri Hogarth.

Biography[]

Working for Hogarth & Associates[]

Char was hired by Jeri Hogarth to be her assistant at her new firm: Hogarth & Associates.[1] Months later, Char became one of Hogarth's main assistant and routinely helped her. Employee Malcolm Ducasse one time asked her where Hogarth was. Char replied that she was in a meeting. She later met with Hogarth and helped her get tickets to the Zoey Lyonne Art School play.[2]

Scandal[]

With Peter Lyonne's death, he had blamed Jeri Hogarth. This caused a massive scandal involving the firm and Char was caught in the middle of the busy office.[3] Char stood behind Hogarth as she told the firm the news and how it could be bad for the firm. However, they needed to trust her in the fact that it would not define them. Later, Jessica Jones rushed in and Char could not stop her. When Jones walked out, Char apologized to Hogarth.[4]

Char was working when Malcolm Ducasse came in asking for Hogarth. She complimented him on his black eye before saying she was in a meeting. Ducasse asked who she was with, but Char ignored him because a call came through that she had to answer.[5] Later, she transferred a call from Sid Franken to Hogarth.[6]

Helping Hogarth[]

Char received two calls from Laurent Lyonne before he finally showed up, very relentless. Char walked into Jeri Hogarth's office telling her the deal and Hogarth said to let him in.[7] Hogarth asked Char to schedule a meeting with Trish Walker and to also get Dorothy Walker's estate all set up to deal with her recent death.[8] Suddenly, Jessica Jones arrived trying to get to Hogarth. Char and two other guards followed her in, telling Jones to stop. Hogarth then told Char it was okay.[9]
