Victor Timely is a co-leader of the Council of Kangs who operates under the name Centurion, aiding in formulating rule over various universes in the Multiverse. Summoned for a meeting with the council, Centurion learned of other universal inhabitants discovering the Multiverse, which would threaten their dynasty.
Biography[]
Council of Kangs[]
As the Multiverse was reformed due to the death of He Who Remains,[5] the Council of Kangs, including Centurion, gained control of the Multiverse.[6]
Banishing Kang the Conqueror[]
A variant of Centurion was deemed too dangerous, so Centurion and other members of the Council of Kangs banished him to the Quantum Realm, a universe outside of time and space, so that he could not conquer other universes.[6]
Holding a Meeting[]

After the exiled Kang the Conqueror died, Centurion called Rama-Tut to report it to him. Immortus then called many other Variants, including Mister Gryphon, to discuss the threat that of people discovering the existence of the Multiverse.[6]

- Nigh-Omniscience: Ranking high in the Council of Kangs' membership, Centurion had been able to observe the affairs of the Multiverse, an ability he used to discover the death of Kang the Conqueror at the hands of Ant-Man.
- Bionic Enhancements: Centurion appears to have most of his body replaced with cybernetics.

- Genius-Level Intellect: On par with the countless versions of Victor Timely, Centurion is incredibly intelligent among the highest calibre, being able to discover alternate universes through his own inventions as well as to help form the Council of Kangs to successfully establish rulership of the Multiverse.

- Master Scientist: Centurion had been able to understand the laws of space-time as well as how to interact with it.
- Master Engineer: Centurion equipped himself and the Council of Kangs with tools to aid them in keeping security in their Multiversal dynasty.
